The sixth tournament of the Smith Mountain Lake Winter Fishing Series went out of Smith Mountain Lake State Park on Saturday, January 7, 2012. 1^st Place went to the team of Danny Towe and Travis Towe with a weight of 18lbs 7oz. They are from Salem and Daleville, Va.

2^nd Place went to the team of Charles Fochtman and Charles Fochtman jr with a weight of 18lbs 5oz. They are from Moneta, Va

3^rd place went to the team of David Pluckett and Trey Stewartson with a weight of 15lbs 14oz. They are from Vinton and Moneta, Va.
