BeatDown Outdoors Partners with Bass Pro Tour Angler James Watson

BeatDown Outdoors has partnered with Bass Pro Tour angler James Watson to help anglers everywhere elevate their experience!

Todd and Blake Price, a father-son duo, founded BeatDown Outdoors in 2020. The idea began after realizing how difficult it was to use live sonar technology with their electronics mounted to the floor of the boat with no adjustability. After exhausting the Internet looking for solutions, their quest began to design a mount that was strong, adjustable and versatile. With good friend Travis Glenn coming on board and pushing the design, ideas quickly went to paper and the machine shop owners got to work creating “the ultimate” and now a full line of electronics mounts with adjustability, tractability and full motion.

Blake Price, co-founder of BeatDown Outdoors states “We are excited to work with James Watson, not only is he a great guy who believes in our product but with him coming on board early in the launch process opens up a whole new market for us with bass anglers.”

James says “I noticed this cool new graph mount at the Crappie Championship on Table Rock back in November. Blake and Travis were kind enough to show me all of the capabilities, mainly how high it could be raised and I was in love. With all the spinning around while chasing bass I do I struggle with neck issues and get seasick often. Now I can raise my Garmin units up to the height of my hips to avoid the motion in the ocean. And when running from point A to point B it stays secure at the normal height so there’s no safety concerns or damage to my units. I have a feeling the Ultimate Shorty will be the most popular mount for bass fishermen.”
