Bass Fishing HOF Celebrate Bass Fishing Week
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — For Immediate Release — Sept. 20, 2024 — Bucket list fishing trips, exotic vacations, autographed tournament jerseys, original artwork, premium fishing tackle and a boat package are among the exclusive auction items up for bids as part of the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame’s annual ‘Celebrate Bass Fishing Week.’

Up for bid for the first time is a 2025 G3 Boats 15 DK Duck Boat with an all-aluminum and welded camo hull. The package includes a Yamaha 25-HP electric start tiller motor with a trailer. The boat is rigged with a duck-bill platform with LED lights, trolling motor wiring, side gun box, front storage and a portable fuel tank.
Also notable on the bucket list of exclusive items:

‘Celebrate Bass Fishing Week’ culminates with the induction dinner and ceremony, presented by B.A.S.S., during which the 2024 Hall of Fame class will be honored on Thursday, Sept. 26 at Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium in Springfield, Mo. Event attendees will have another opportunity to bid on items during the silent and live auction, presented by Major League Fishing.
Formally inducted at a plaque unveiling ceremony, presented by Phoenix Boats, inside the BFHOF venue at WOW will be the late lure designer Fred Arbogast, video and TV producer Mike McKinnis, noted pro angler, tackle designer and promoter Skeet Reese, trailblazer and pro angler Alfred Williams and TV analyst and outdoor personality Mark Zona.
Auction proceeds benefit the Hall of Fame’s core mission values of celebrating, preserving and promoting the sport of bass fishing. Funding grants for fisheries conservation, scholarships for fisheries science students, and backing youth fishing are among the many supported initiatives.
