Good questions on the requirements and qualifications. They say transparent, but have been soliciting the resumes prior to publishing the minimums required to get an invite. That’s not transparent and could lead to the impression there will be favoritism. It almost appears they want to get as many resumes as possible to see what kind of reception they are getting before putting the work into determining minimums to qualify. Why would someone send a resume to anyone if they don’t know what the minimum requirements are? They put the horse before the cart on this one.
