way behind on podcast and just catching up. love the podcast. Just listened to the FLW cup wrap up. I guilty of being someone who posted “why did they fish there”. Remove all media and I agree it if fishing and it might be tough but it will be tough for everyone. Bring back in the media and growing the sport I think you need more fish being caught. With the live coverage if fish are being caught most people have a hard time walking away. Go an hour with no fish being caught you are going to lose some people. On some podcast or facebook live over the past weeks someone compared payouts of like golf to fishing and wanted to know why payouts were down. Take a golf game and have only 1 ball go in the hole per hour and see where that goes and the number of viewers diminish. Fishing is not catching, I get that, good lord I live in Indiana where we share 10 fish for the state. But for championship, wanting to grow the sport, the number of viewer I think you need to be somewhere there are more fish catches to be shown to viewer following the game. just my 2 cents
